By using HKIB Lending, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the system.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Loans and Payments

All loans must be repaid according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may attract penalties as per our policy. We reserve the right to report defaults.

4. SMS Notifications

You consent to receiving SMS notifications regarding payments, balances, and reminders.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the system for fraudulent activities, money laundering, or any illegal purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

HKIB Lending is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the system.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania.
